Our congratulations go out to Downer, the company currently responsible for the earthwork and civil contracting at Wigram Skies, who have won three awards at the recent 2011 Canterbury Contractor of the Year Awards.
Downer won the Christchurch City Council Environment Award for their work on the Awatea North storm-water basin at Wigram Skies as well as the CAM Health and Safety Award. They also took out the Winstone Aggregates - Category C - Contracts $500,000-$2,000,000 Award for work done on the Rail Tunnel Day Lighting, Cass.
