Over half the sections within the Cecil Hill neighbourhood have now been sold and there is a lot of interest in the remaining sections.  Titles for Cecil Hill will be made available very soon. 

Roads and footpaths within the neighbourhood have now been laid and building has begun on the show home village.  Landscaping will continue over the coming weeks ensuring the neighbourhood will look its best for the opening of the show homes in the coming months.  Keep an eye on this website for more information on when the village will open.

Also, many of you may be interested in reading about progress on the Southern Motorway development.  The focus of major earthworks at present is the construction of the New Road Zone, which extends from Curletts Road, passes adjacent to Wigram Road (between the Aidanfield and Broken Run subdivisions) and ends up at the Springs Road/Halswell Junction Road roundabout.  For more information on construction you can visit the NZTA website or contact Abby Shaw, Project Liaison Manager, on 0800 276 4630
