Mar 2011 - Post Earthquake Assessment Letter

Tonkin & Taylor Ltd, our environmental and engineering consultants, were contracted to undertake an assessment of Wigram Skies following the earthquake on 22 February 2011.

We have since received the results of this assessment and the land at Wigram Skies has shown no signs of liquifaction or land damage, there was also no observed sandboils and no evidence of settlement or rotation of the structures currently on site.
