Apr 2011 - Wigram Skies Update

Following the 22 February earthquake there was a minor delay in our programme but we are now back on track with titles having been issued for Cecil Hill and titles for White Wings still being anticipated for June 2011.

Unfortunately the earthquake has pushed out the opening of the Cecil HIll show home village until May 2011.  Please keep checking back to the website for more information on dates and events for the opening weekend. 

Section sales within the subdivision have been progressing well, with over two-thirds of sections having been sold in Cecil Hill.  With titles having been issued last week we already have a number of owners beginning the build process.  It is exciting to see the neighbourhood coming to life.

Last week also saw Plan Change 62 (Wigram) be adopted by the Christchurch City Council after many years of discussion and negotiation.  This decision now paves the way for the future development of Wigram Skies.  We will have further information on this decision coming soon.
